With over 18 years of experience in Human Resources Services & Operations across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia at Fortune 500 companies, Ravi brings enormous insights and expertise to our Team
as we continue to support clients in reimagining and refining their HR and
People practices. Ravi has held leadership positions in Global Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services Design + Delivery. Ravi is passionate about enhancing People Experience through the design and implementation of optimal HR Service Operating Models with scalable, customizable technology. With his deep knowledge of HR tech stacks and process mapping, Ravi will be collaborating with business and HR leaders to build-out core People Practices that are intuitive, streamlined, and accessible. Ravi holds an MBA in HRM, Certifications in HR, Payroll, Project Management and Six Sigma and currently pursuing CPHR, from CHRA Canada. Back to Team..
