This event will be hosted and fully catered at Toronto’s landmark venue The Old Mill.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION & OUTCOMES
The workshop is built around Dr. Oleg’s CAVIAR framework, which encompasses Creation, Ability, Viability, Influence, Action, and Revitalization.
Day 1 will focus on Creation + Ability + Viability. Participants will be taken through the process of vision creation, how to activate your growth as a visionary leader, and steps to constructing a strong, pragmatic, and investable vision.
Day 2 will focus on Influence + Action + Revitalization. Participants will build on the foundational knowledge from Day 1 to learn the tactics to enlist others to support your vision and gaining support though effective communications.
Conclusion The workshop will conclude with basic steps to making your vision real, including how to align vision to corporate culture, maintain focus over months and years, enable decision-making, and relevant metrics. As your company grows and evolves, you will be given insights to help revitalize your vision.

Hotel rooms onsite at facility for out of town guests. Participants will need to make arrangements directly with The Old Mill Hotel as needed at their own expense. Hotel fees are NOT included in the Workshop registration.
